1. Register or Login
– registration is quick and easy and we require minimal details. Visit this page to register: Registration
– you need to be logged in before uploading any details so the information is stored in your User Profile. To Login, either use one of the links in the menus above or click here: Login
2. Bio Image
– choose an image you would like to use for your Bio section. e.g. A picture of you, a picture of your Art or even a picture of you with your Art. If you’re unsure what image to use, check out other artists on the site for some inspiration.
3. Bio Content
– you will need approximately 200/300 words (there is no limit though) to tell others about you and your art or photography. What are your influences? Are you inspired by a particular artist? The easiest way to do this is to write your Bio text in Word or Notepad on your PC or whatever device you are using and then copy & paste this into the Bio upload form. Don’t worry about fonts or formatting. Just put in your paragraph breaks and we will take care of the rest, layout, fonts etc.
4. Your Website link (if applicable)
– do you have your own website? If so, enter the URL and we will link to it. This will help give your site a boost. For maximum benefit, ensure you link back to your Showcase page.
5. Social Media links (if applicable)
– do you already have a Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Twitter page for your art? If so, we can link to them. Just enter the URLs when prompted.
6. YouTube Videos (if applicable, Enhanced plan only)
– collect the 4 YouTube URLs and enter them when prompted.
7. Gallery Images
– gather up to 20 images for your Gallery. In order to display these fullscreen on most devices, please ensure the shortest side of the image is at least 2000 pixels. You do not need to upload all 20 in one sitting. You can come back and use this form to add the rest at your leisure: Add An Image.
8. Image Details
– for each image, make a note of Title (this is required for every image you upload) and Dimensions, Media & Price. These last 3 are optional but if you’re intending to sell your work we recommend you include these details.
When we have completed building your Showcase we will notify you by email with a link to your page.

Hi Migglet,
Shân here from Voyage Art.
This looks great and I’m very interested, as is my husband.
However, we’re on our beam ends financially as a result of Covid, and so need to proceed with caution.
Can you tell us anything else about how effective the site has been in terms of sales for the creatives you represent?
Many thanks.

Hi Shân
From our knowledge at least three of our artists have sold via their showcase galleries on our site, one of which has sold 2 paintings. Two artists have also been contacted via their personal contact forms and have both been commissioned to create paintings.
As ArtShowcase does not have hundreds of artists/artisans listed, this has the benefit of being able to offer more regular social media promotion for those that are with us. Although we cannot guarantee sales, what we have discovered is that artists who take an active part, e.g. share and like our social media posts, tend to attract more potential buyers to their own gallery pages.
An important first step for any artist/artisan joining our site is to share their showcase page URL far and wide with friends and family. Also, if you already have your own website then again, linking to your showcase page is a great way of driving traffic to your gallery.
